Tim has over 17 years in legal practice. Tim was a partner at one of the biggest and well-regarded law firms in Sandton at which he was appointed to the senior management structures of the firm.
Tim’s vast experience includes advising on M&A transactions, including, BBBEE transactions from structuring, drafting transaction agreements and the implementation thereof. He also advised various local and international businesses on Company Law including legal opinions on numerous questions of law, commercial contracts, group restructuring transactions, the establishment of foreign branches, company incorporations and company secretariat. Tim’s experience also includes advising on capital market transactions such as bond issue and Securities Law as well as opinion work for banking institutions.
